The Path of the Buddha

My friend said to me that “the Path of the Buddha is clear:

Turn towards the wholesome,

Abandon the unwholesome,

Purify the mind.”

The Path is clear.

The Path is certain.

And it culminates in the understanding

That there was nobody on the path all along.

There was just the Path.

Truth pointing to itself,

Truth seeking itself,

Loving itself,

Dancing with itself.

Through all the lives, eons, galaxies.

With the certainty that gravity exists,

Being is.

“The Earth is my witness.”
